management:

• are there any 24/7 numbers that one can call in case of need or emergencies?

•  do attendants speak english?

• does the management provide any extra services? (concierge, tour, cooking, etc)

• is the unit of interest listed on any major apartment-rental website? 

these questions allow for future renters, from local to incoming travelers, to have a better basis of comparison among apartments, and give a more accurate idea of the quality of the rental in writing.
