its most striking feature is a dome lit by circular stained glass windows - the dome is covered in slate tiles and has a bronze frame.

in addition to hosting cultural and art exhibits, the center hosts events to celebrate local and national holidays, decorating the entire house and inviting the public to come and view it. plays and social events are also held at the center throughout the year.
