ilha dos pescadores is huge nightclub and restaurant located in barra da tijuca. set on the island by the same name, this makes it for a beautiful setting. the place is surrounded by palm trees and is very pleasant. it is a mix of nightclub and restaurant, even though this is a mix that seems a little odd, it is very popular here in brazil. the cuisine is traditional brazilian and they serve feijoada on a sunday. the music is extremely varied and they play pagode, dance, techno, funk and electronic music to name just a few.
