mariuzinn is a club in copacabana that has had its doors open for over 5 decades. it plays a variety of music from hip hop to drum 'n' bass to funk to pop rock. it draws a mixed crowd but is very popular with students and is situated over 2 floors. as well as dj's, mariuzin also hosts live bands. on a friday there is usually an open bar, but amteurs be-warned... some of the drinks are suspiciously strong! this is a fun place to go for those that want to dance and drink in an unpretentious environment, and it is quite popular with on-the know foreigners.
