two beaches separated by rocks, as prainhas are located 4kilometers from the city of arraial do cabo and comprise of 300 meters of white sand and beautiful transparent and calm water - at high tide the beaches are submerged and the area is transformed into one cove.

from the beaches there is a magnificent view of ilha do farol (lighthouse island) and one can also visit the caverna do amor (cave of love), where many dating couples go to kiss - in fact, legend saying that all couples that visit the caverna do amor will leave bonded passionately forever.

access is remote, via a trail down morro do pontal do atalaia, or via boat from marina dos pescadores at praia do forno.
