many of these beaches are best enjoyed using a dune buggy, ideal fro driving on the roads and on the sand dunes of the region - geribá is ideal  for a walk, while tucuns and ferradura are great by dune buggy or horse ride.

many hiking trails snake off from the beaches and visitors can either walk or take it easy on horseback while admiring the surrounding countryside.
