at a glance
an exclusive guesthouse opened in 2012 in the neighborhood of săo conrado is tuakaza - the complex, designed by famous brazilian architect, zanine caldas, is a rustle construction made mainly of wood, which has been built into the hills of the parque national tijuca (tijuca rainforest).

with only six suites, and spanning an impressive 1,500 square meters, tuakaza is a lusciously spacious structure, giving guests plenty of privacy and personal space - owing to its ecofriendly character, each of the rooms are named after a brazilian fruit, with the ambience matching the characteristics of that fruit.

tuakaza also houses two natural swimming pools, as well as a private waterfall, to get guests feeling at one with nature.  arrow-back      arrow-forward
