leonardo franco, who
has founded a cultural space of remarkable magnitude in the
city.
located in the bohemian
botafogo
neighborhood, in the
zona sul of the city, the solar has become a hub for free-spirited
performances, in a city bustling with creativity.
originally a farm, which was passed around well-to-do
cariocas during the twentieth century, the building was
bought by
franco, in 2001, with work beginning on the
theatre three years later.
