These cultural notebooks are being distributed at six of the participatory institutions - Museu Nacional de Belas Artes (National Museum of Fine Arts), Museu da República (Museum of the Republic), Museu Imperial (Imperial Museum), Museu de Arte do Rio (Museum of Art of Rio), Museu Aeroespacial (Space museum) and the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil (Cultural Center Bank of Brazil).

The participating institutions each have certain days of the week in which use of the passports is permitted and each institution can only be visited once in the scheme.
