given that the city of rio de janeiro continues to grow, and fold into itself the various cultures of the world, there is no doubt that her music, much like her people, will continue to blend and recontextualize the sonic archetypes that surround them, creating again, something larger than the sum of its raw parts, and particularly, originally brazilian.
