with 8 meters in height, andorinhas rises from its 20m natural pool, high into the surrounding mountains - it is located near the tinguá biological reserve, and can be reached by taking trails through the forest. 

another one of the city's most dramatic waterfalls is queda véu da noiva - also known as, cachoeira das sete quedas, which translates as 'waterfall of seven falls,' because the site is the meeting point of successive falls.
