the dreamy praça paris (paris square) is located in glória in front of eduardo gomes park and the marina. designed by alfred agache, the praça was inspired by the plazas and gardens of the french belle époque.

the square features several large almond trees, sculptures, statues, and a reflecting pool, among other attractions. to this day, praça paris is a clear example of this particular style and architecture, which lends itself to a romantic outing at any time of the day.
