The Escola de Direito do Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro's law school, was founded in 2002 and it is part of the Fundação Getulio Vargas.

The educational choices cover the graduate title and other options in graduate school, which are: for postgraduate, lato sensu Law for State and Regulations, Social Law and Capital Markets, Tax Law, Litigation - new challenges in disputes and Enterprise Law, and the Master in Regulation Law.

The school, located in the building of the Foundation, in Praia de Botafogo, is furnished with all the technological spaces and devices required in its modern courses.
