at a glance

the hill is also home to a few kiosks serving basic snacks and drinks - and on certain holidays and special occasions live performances and shows for kids are organizad here.

since there is no public transportation leading up the pasmado hill, we recommend taking a taxi, and most definitely arranging in advance for a ride back.

hiking is possible, but this would be a good option only for visitors who are very familiar with rio de janeiro and the district.

on this link we show the morro do pasmado on a wikimapia,  the link as we present it is best seen using google chrome, as it might not open at the right coordinates or zoom correctly with other browsers - following, we list some tour operators that specialize in taking visitors in the area.   arrow-back      arrow-forward
