the dishes combine a number of different ingredients but are heavily influenced by asian-indian cuisine along with tropical surprises according to owner isabella piereck - the zaza chef found the inspiration for the restaurant's creative menu from his many travels to new york, china, peru, morocco, thailand, and many other exotic locales.

the international flavors that have found their way to the restaurant's tables can be seen in the delicious tuna and shrimp stirfry with vegetables in a passion fruit sauce, with a side of crispy cabbage and ginger - a traditional cuisine from thailand with a brazilian twist.

the restaurant's young chef pablo vidal was elected revelation chef of 2011 in the danusia barbara dining guide and the 'veja rio comer & beber' magazine - all in all, zazá bistrô tropical, from its ambiance to its excellent food and surprising flavors make for a very interesting dining experience.  arrow-back      arrow-forward
