Some of the more adventurous voyagers opt to hike up the mountain for an adrenaline kick with a real sense of achievement. The trail starts at Praia Vermelho, weaving under the pleasant shade of trees it is not terribly strenuous, although a little steep, it can easily be completed in one hour.

A restaurant situated at the top of the Morro offers a wide array of food and drinks, which visitors can enjoy as they appreciate the wonderful vistas.
