a total of 369 taxa were collected, includind pteridophytes, dicotyledons, and monocotyledons, belonging to 84 different families, distributed among arboreal, shrub-arboreal, and herbaceous life forms.

furthermore, a map of the area, a graphic representation of the local water balance, plant profiles, soil analyses and descriptions of the climates of serra da tiririca mountains are presented - and rare or endangered and endemic species are indicated.
