trash must be taken back - those who bring a full bag of supplies to be used in a nature-only environment, must take it back when used-up and empty.

own trash must be brought back by each visitor, and burning or burying garbage is not permitted - in fact, packaging may not burn completely, and animals can dig up the garbage and spread it.

when walking on a trail, or leaving a campsite, it is important to make sure that they remain as if no one had been there -  meaning all evidence of a visit should be removed, leaving no trace.
