Gula Gula is a restaurant dedicated to high quality food and culinary wellbeing, specializing particularly in salads and light dishes, with branches all over the city. The head chef of the enterprise, Nanda de Lamare, prepares food that is simple, comforting and homely and adapts to the season and climate.

Amongst their traditional salads one can find: quinoa with aubergine, chicken and tomato; salmon and couscous; pulled beef with mango, parmesan and a yoghurt sauce; and wholegrain rice with mixed vegetables and peanut sauce with sesame oil. They also offer a range of tarts, quiches, pastas and grilled meats.
