Cipriani's longstanding success is due to its master chefs throughout the years, beginning with francesco Carli, who came directly from Hotel Cipriani in Italy to inaugurate copacabana's very own in 1994.  Following his lead were fellow italian chefs, Nicola Finamore and Luca Orini, respectively, who continued to uphold and enhance its culinary reputation. 

the menu is presented in italian, portuguese, and English, offering seafood au gratin dishes and delicious beef and tomato carpaccios for appetizers, sepia and carnaroli risottos, and various other fish and meat fillets that have satisfied the palates of fine-dining enthusiasts for over two decades.
