the place resembles a white box with red awnings - in fact, it is pretty inconspicuous apart from the 'quiosque chopp brahma' bearing facade. a number of wooden bar tables sit outside, and copacabana beach is only a step away - so the views out to the ocean are prime. according to many cariocas, the bar makes one of rio de janeiro's best caipirinhas, but this is a well-kept secret and the locals seem to keep it that way. during réveillon the bar enjoys a very prolific reputation, as the celebrations that take place on copacabana beach are so close.
