it is a great place to pop into and sample a cocktail or quick bite to eat if it all becomes a bit too much on the beach.

not far from this kiosk, among the many places to catch rio's  fireworks, there is one particular spot with fantastic views: the itaipava kiosk.   

the joint is also located on the calçadão of copacabana beach, right in front of copacabana palace hotel and across from the main beach stage.

here visitors are able to escape the crowds of the main party on the packed beach, without missing any of the action.
