at a glance
Guinea-Bissau is a valuable partner of Brazil in the educational and political fields, with great mutual support from both parts in bilateral and multilateral issues - While Brazil offers to many citizens of Guinea-Bissau the opportunity to study in a Brazilian university, the African country offered Brazil the opportunity to become the first developing country to preside the Comission of peace-consolidation of Guinea-Bissau, an international organization that aims to diminish the crisis that came from the assassination of the former president Nino Vieira in 2009.

While Guinea-Bissau does not have a consulate in Rio de Janeiro, the country can be contacted via their general consulate in Campinas, São Paulo, and via the embassy in Brasília - The embassy can be contacted via email here. arrow-back      arrow-forward
