there are two kiosks that serve natural fruit juices, sandwiches, and light meals targeted at the many surfers who go here. there also is a fantastic restaurant nearby, on the right side of the beach, serving seafood and juices, with a view like no others - it is a small slice of heaven that can we cannot recommend enough.

avenida estado da guanabara is the only road going along or near prainha - paved with cobblestones, it adds to the remote feel of this beach.
