for foot-volley  (beach volley) the beach training school is located at barra posto 6, and the beach tennis   school top beach tennis at barra posto 4.    

the hippest past of barra beach is the now famous praia do pepê, that we described in more detail separately.

the stretch of sand close to the pier, on the left side of pepê's beach, is the area favorite by families with children.
