there are a variety of hotels and pousadas along barra beach, as well as apart-hotels where rooms or apartments can be rented for longer periods. we selected a few and included them in our accommodations section - on average, lodging in this area can be expensive. we posted some pictures of barra beach on this page, including the sidewalk, some kiosks, and the area surrounding the beach.
