from the institution, the documentation includes the 'ata de constituição' (certified copy of the religious institution's Brazilian incorporation), the 'comprovante de poderes de representação legal de seu dirigente' (certified copy of the empowerment certificate, recognizing the legal authority of the religious organization's head officer to act on behalf of said organization), and most importantly the 'compromisso da entidade no Brasil de manutenção e saída do religioso chamado do território nacional' (notarized invitation letter and agreement that the religious organization will take full financial responsibility for all expenses, medical insurance and departure from Brazil).
