In Brazil, CARE develops anti-poverty programs, focusing on three primary areas: education and development, entrepreneurship and income generation, and climate change and disaster response. It pays particular focus to the areas of economic and environmental sustainability.

CARE seeks volunteers who can provide professional expertise on a voluntary basis, in the areas of information technology and informatics, graphic design, translation, photography and filming.
