This desire to discover new places has gained ground in the tourist market, which is becoming more competitive each day and, Starting from the assumption that favelas are cluttered spaces, it can be inferred that their conglomerate constructions stand out in the landscape of the city. The favela is a space which attracts the attention of foreign tourists - Believing it offers a glimpse into a reality very different from the realities in their  country of origin, the foreign tourist is prone to exoticize these neighborhoods. possibly, the foreigner also wishes to understand how it is possible for people to be happy in the midst of such material need.
