at a glance

the lady of the house and her two sons now run the business with alexander as chef and sommelier and marcelo handling head of administration duties. the house exudes portuguese traditions with the décor and the amazing food that comes out of its kitchen - the wine cellar holds around 320 labels and includes some of the top vintages from portugal.

some of the favorite dishes include cod lagareira, which is roasted in extra virgin olive oil with onions and garlic as well as their specialty gruta de santo antônio cod, which is fish filet with eggs, onions, broccoli, shrimp and fried garlic. all of their dishes are cooked with enough professionalism and authenticity to have garnered the restaurant various awards throughout the years.    arrow-back      arrow-forward
