In order to instigate this measure a number of  factors must first be considered, including a delimitation of the area, decisions about the type of technology used to control and accost, where the posts will be placed, as well as, of course, the price of the tariff. For all of this to be possible it is necessary to define a  methodology for the implementation of these tolls. Thus, it is important to base any decisions on the experiences and processes of European cities, in order to determine measures that are transferable to Brazilian cities - This is a proposal with the subsidiary objective of the deployment of urban tolls once all the relevant variables and aspects of the decision making process have been taken into account.
