brasileirinho restaurant represents the most traditional cuisine of brazil, located in rio's copacabana neighborhood, it also offers restaurant-goers a beautiful seaside view of the beach - the dishes are based on traditional minas gerais recipes, but the menu goes far beyond that to include dishes from the regions of bahia, espírito santo, rio de janeiro and pará.

the varied menu includes grilled specialties and seafood galore including shrimp, oysters, grilled octopus, delicious fish and mussels. the menu also features a special version of the famous brazilian dish feijoada, a traditional bean and pork dish with eleven choices of additional proteins.

the building which houses the restaurant has a beautiful facade constructed entirely from portuguese stone and reflects the hard work of architect joão uchoa - decorated with artisan crafts from all over the country, the restaurant has a vagabond spirit. diners can buy homemade jams, caramels and sweet treats to take home with them.  arrow-back      arrow-forward
