at a glance
situated in the centre of rio de janeiro, the hidroviário da praça xv terminal began operations in 1835, while the hidroviário de niterói terminal also fired up in the same year, albeit a few months later - the latter is located within the city of niterói, across from rio and still within guanabara bay, also home to the hidroviáriode paquetá terminal.

this particular terminal was established before the two aforementioned station points, in 1881, when its construction was inaugurated with a nearby bridge and mooring line - another important point, the hidroviário da ribeira terminal, got going during the late twentieth century in 1986 on ilha do governador and operates between guanabara bay and praça iaiá garcia in the neighborhood of ribiera.  arrow-back      arrow-forward
