hailing from rio de janeiro, and flying the flag for modern brazilian rock, are the hugely popular los hermanos, a band in formed in 1997 by, then journalist, musician marcelo camelo decided to start a musical project with some of his friends - originally started releasing a couple of demo recordings, which caught the ear of some prominent record labels, leading to their first album, self-tiled, in 1999, which brought resounding success, with the national hit, ana júlia - the band has since released a number of successful albums, and has earned a reputation as one of the landmarks of 21st century brazilian rock.
