the kiosk at adam's beach is on the road facing the beach, while the kiosk on eve's beach is right on the sand. nearby, the fortaleza de santa cruz is the most famous attraction in the area. part of the complexo dos fortes, this fort makes it for a very interesting visit and has amazing views of the bay and of the sugar loaf. from rio's zona sul, the easiest way of getting to adam and eve beach is via the bus line 7003 (also marked 740 d) that leaves from praça general osório in ipanema posto 8, across from the easy to spot zona sul supermarket.
