the far end of the beach, near praia do sossego, has a beautiful kiosk under the shade of many trees, and nearby restaurant and bakery.

this is the only area where bathrooms can be used for a small fee, usually ranging between 1 and 2 reals.

this end of the beach is also used as a lading area for the para gliders training on the local hill.
