this area is not open to the public, and no longer accessible
without special permits by the local authorities.
the beach no longer has the beautiful pristine sands it used
to have, but there is still a beautiful view to the serra dos órgãos (range of
the organs), a mountain range which was turned into a national park in 1939, and
home to the famous peak 'dedo de deus' (god's finger).
