the open spaces of this beach are immediately inviting to any type of exercise on the sand or along the water, so even though there is not much infrastructure here, runners, joggers, and other athletes use the area at all times during the day.

kings among them are the many surfers who can enjoy strong waves similarly to the nearby prainha, but on a beach much easier to access and with plenty of kiosks.
