in the center of town, in the distrcit of Cidade Nova, Ten panels of graffiti line the wall of Terreirão do Samba (Big Samba Land), in Praça Onze, all inspired by samba and soccer - two constituents of the culture for which cariocas are most proud and internationally respected. These vibrant murals were the product of Project Arte Ataque (Art Attack), a citywide contest organized by the esteemed graffiti artist, Ahira OCrespo.

Each panel showcases the work of two artists from different districts of Rio, working in unison, with the same colors and time constraints as their competitors.
