the third paper, (cultura mesa 3), focuses on territoriality and barriers to the access of culture. it identifies differences in cultural habits in the main areas of the city (north, south, center and west) and the principal reasons reported by locals for why they do not go to the cinema, museums and theaters - it also examines the degree of knowledge of around 30 cultural facilities in the city.
