furthermore, proof of health and personal accident insurance, valid throughout the Brazilian territory and providing coverage for hospitalization, must be submitted, along with a copy of roundtrip tickets in and out of brazil.

the applicant's Passport must be valid at least six months beyond the expected date of visa issue.
