at a glance

Aunt Léa is proud to say she has sent invitations to Queen Elizabeth in England, President Obama in the united states of america and former Brazilian President Lula in brazil - although they are yet to make an official appearance. The eatery is situated in her own home, at house 1b on Rua Moemo Noronha (Moemo Noronha Road), offering a menu replete with fish, seafood, cakes, mousses, and an infamous oxtail dish.

She is also well known for her black bean and meat stew, or feijoada, as well as perfectly prepared cod balls. Before setting up her own restaurant Léa worked as a maid and cook in the house of a French consul, honing her culinary skills and etiquette - She only accepts customers who have made reservations at least three days in advance.                  arrow-back      arrow-forward
