the entity based in Brazil needs to provide a document inviting to provide services as a  voluntary condition, notarized minutes or bylaws of the institution duly registered with the competent body, copy of the act of nomination, appointment or election of the current board of directors, proof of registration in the Social Welfare Council where applicable, or certificate of qualification as a civil organization of public interest, issued by the Ministry of Justice.
