at a glance

albeit the victor dumas urbanization is not officially considered a neighborhood in itself, it is populated enough to be considered a  sub-neighborhood of the larger santa cruz district. it is predominantly a residential area and its main access is the victor dumas road, which comes from the north, after diverging from the areia branca avenue, more to the east.

the road then turns southward, running parallel to the local military airbase, about a kilometer away, this way it shapes the western frontier of the sub-neighborhood, before finally turning east and connecting with the flores street. the neighborhood houses a net of smaller streets with wide green spaces which give it a pleasantly rustic feel.

in addition, there are a few parks, like the maria polo praça to the south. the quiet township has few commercial establishements, mainly concentrated around the northern edge. one of them is the victor dumas bakery. arrow-back      arrow-forward
