The survey results demonstrated the need for the improvement and expansion of training for professionals in their attendance to that segment of the population, in order to ensure service quality and completeness. This paper aims to contribute to the improvement of care provided to the hypertensive elderly population, aimed at increased life expectancy along with improved quality of life.
