the real draw of the restaurant is the experienced chef, bondoux, who has designed the menu with his own unique style, described as eccentric and charismatic, ensuring a delicious dining experience - his right hand man, and day-to-day cook, is experienced argentine chef, emmanuel serrano, who has expressed his admiration for bondoux, who helped cultivate his ingenious cuisine. 

the two of them together put on an incredible show, which blends classical french cuisine with carioca style - two of the stand out dishes on the menu are the terrine of foie gras with fig chutney, and frog legs cooked with a selection of herbs.
