water aerobics classes are provided by each site throughout the week - a number of interesting classes and lectures are available at each of the sites - for example, a cultural extension course for women is available every wednesday at the lagoa site. 

in centro an art exhibition room, a restaurant open to non-members, a games room, a unisex hairdressing salon, lecture hall, and cultural archive are a few of the available amenities.

clube militar in lagoa features a hotel,  self-service restaurant, a games room, an aquatic park with three swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, physiotherapy services, and sauna complex.

the cabo frio site is similar to a camping retreat, which features pools, tennis and volleyball courts, restaurant, games room, barbeques and a pleasant lake.
