the trek to the peak of the mountain is well known for being challenging, just as the entrance to the cave itself, as it is at a considerable height, and is cut into a flat, almost vertical rock. upon entering the cave, visitors are treated to a well-shaded spot, which looks out across the great expanse of the city, and the wilderness of the park.
