once inside the paulo and virgina cave, the trail is not very demanding but small groups (up to 8 people) are recommended for hiking inside it. the cavern extends to about 100 m but there are no accessible trails along its entire length.

when undertaking any caving and spelunking activities, it is always important to bring along light clothes, hiking shoes or sneakers - never flip flops or sandals, a backpack, sunscreen, water (at least 1,5 liters) and snacks.
