the adventure beaches can be reached both via land, and via sea. the trail to the beaches starts at the end of the rua parlon siqueira, past the houses facing beach praia barra de guaratiba. we posted a few pictures of the entrance to the trail and of the trail itself on this page.

one single trail connects all five beaches - from the first one, praia dos búzios, to the last one, praia do inferno, it spans about 3,500 meters (2.3 miles) and takes about three hours each way to complete, depending on speed.
